Every Maisondenels piece is made with intention. Please note that colors, textures, or materials seen on screen may differ slightly from reality. Imperfection is part of charm.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you accept these Terms fully. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of stock unavailability, irregular activity, or force majeure.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR, including taxes. Payment is secure. A receipt will be provided upon order confirmation.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, season, or the softness of the wind. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our atelier.
6. Returns
You have 14 days to return your item. It must be unused, in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
7. Intellectual Property
All content (images, text, collections) belongs to Maisondenels. Please do not reproduce without written permission. True elegance isn’t replicated.
8. Privacy
Your data remains confidential. It is used only to enhance your experience and will never be sold or shared.
